Join our company as an HPE System Engineer and you will save the day for your users and keep crucial data center infrastructure running for sectors like healthcare, technology and banking.

Location: Istanbul

Your tasks

• Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware. 
• Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment. 
• Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites. 
• Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp. 
• Experience of delivering Storage, SAN & Server proactive tasks.
• Handle service support requests & incidents.
• Work in accordance with suppliers and customer’s rules and regulations for the purposes of health and safety.

Your skills and competences

• OneView, Synergy, ISS, Virtual Connect experience
• Support Linux, HPUX, ISS platforms which run on Proliant Servers, Superdome2 systems and C7000 chassis
• Maintain, install, upgrade, B&F activities for c7000 and Synergy systems
• Support SAN / Storage /OS / ISS / Virtualization platform
• IT Infrastructure planning, managing and documenting experience
• 5-10 years of experience in Data Centre environment
• Experience on supporting HPE HW products
• Working experience with Server, Network and Storage devices in a productive environment
• Good Experience on Windows Server AD
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
• Work Experience in using iLO / DRAC / KVMoIP
• Migration, installation and HW decommissioning experience
• Experience in Provisioning and Racking of hardware
• Experience on Cloud Computing and Virtualization (basic skills - understand what involves hardware interventions from the point of view of a system administrator)
• Unix / Linux basic skills
• Knowledge or previous experience with SLA
• Fluent English
• Exceptional communication skill
• Willing to travel for business purpose
