HT Solar Enerji exports the panels it produces in Turkey from Europe to the USA and from the Middle East to North Africa. Since its establishment, it has supplied 2 GW of solar panels to the Turkish market and 8 GW worldwide. It has been included in the ISO 500 and Fortune Turkey 500 since 2018, and in the Tier 1 list published by Bloomberg since 2015.
Role Description
We are looking for the Marketing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our solar panel products to B2B customers globally.
This role will work closely with the sales, product development, and executive teams to support our market positioning, brand management, and lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
· Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product information documents.
· Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
· Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
· Oversee the development and management of the company’s social media presence.
· Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards and align with the company’s mission of promoting renewable energy solutions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 5 years experience in B2B Marketing
· Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
· Familiarity with event management
· Knowledge of trade show management and coordination is preferred
· Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
