HT Solar Enerji started its production activities in Istanbul, Turkey in 2016. It has a facility with a production capacity of 2 GW built on an area of 32,000 m2 with an investment of over 35 million dollars. HT Solar Enerji exports the panels it produces in Turkey from Europe to the USA and from the Middle East to North Africa. Since its establishment, it has supplied 2 GW of solar panels to the Turkish market and 8 GW worldwide. It has been included in the ISO 500 and Fortune Turkey 500 since 2018, and in the Tier 1 list published by Bloomberg since 2015. 

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• 4+ years' of E-Commerce  experience
• Preferably with knowledge of English
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Master the operation of E-Commerce and E-Export , Oversea E-Commerce Sales Operation
• Who knows how to use Entegra, (preferable)
• Will follow warehouse and operation management processes
• Experienced in e-commerce marketplace (Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Amazon) panel account management and operation
• Strong planning, reporting, organization and communication skills
• Experienced in E-export and Amazon overseas operations
• Analytical skills and attention to detail

 Responsibilities

• Will be able to manage e-commerce marketplace sales and operations,
• To meet all kinds of customer requests (order, product, price, technical problem, shipment, etc.) and to ensure that the request is finalized by contacting other departments when necessary,
• Keeping customer orders, product stock tracking, customer order forecasts and all customer records in order,
• It will follow the customer order until the delivery process and take the necessary actions,
• To make stock controls and to warn critical stock when necessary,
• Carrying out all processes in coordination and cooperation with other departments of the company,
• To record the data on the activities carried out in the system in an up-to-date manner.
