Position: Administrative Affairs Supervisor (İzmit)
Location: Kocaeli, İzmit

Role Summary:
Hyundai Glovis Turkey is seeking an Administrative Affairs Supervisor to oversee key administrative functions at İzmit Factory. This role is responsible for real estate management, expatriate processes, event organization, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in administrative operations, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Real Estate & Asset Management:
- Manage rental processes for office spaces and pool vehicles.
- Oversee lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Expatriate Process Management:
- Handle visa, residence permit, and work permit procedures for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate with legal and government authorities to ensure compliance.
Event Organization & Administrative Support:
- Plan and execute corporate events and employee engagement activities.
- Support daily administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Facility & Maintenance Management:
- Supervise maintenance operations for office and factory facilities.
- Ensure workplace safety and functionality in collaboration with relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English and preferably fluent in Korean (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative affairs, with a focus on real estate and facility management.
- Strong knowledge of expatriate process management (visa, residence, and work permits).
- Experience in event planning and team building activities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able or willing to live in İzmit area
