QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full-time IT Specialist teammate to work in Kingspan Türkiye's Istanbul Ortaköy office. The position requires responsibility for both the Istanbul Office and the factory in Adana Yumurtalık Free Zone.
The position requires an interview in English. Applications from candidates whose English proficiency is inadequate will not be taken into consideration.
Purpose Of The Function
Helpdesk tickets handling for local Kingspan Turkey IT infrastructure requests. Escalation of 3rd level support ticket to Kingspan CEME IT senior infrastructure support team. Remote hands support for local PBX and physical infrastructure located in Kingspan office/plant. Production computers support. Travel to remote locations if necessary to resolve problem with infrastructure.
TASKS - Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first level and second level support for offices/production end users,
- Primary responsibility for first level support for offices/production end users ,
- Shared responsibility local suppliers contract management (mobile/internet/printers providers),
- Shared responsibility with CEME IT senior infrastructure support team for maintenance of IT infrastructure (endpoints, printers, cell phones, pbx, attendance terminals…),
- Shared responsibility with CEME IT senior infrastructure support team for Kingspan Turkey local IT assets management,
- Cooperation with other divisional IT departments,
- Other tasks given by manager,
- Respect and comply with the provisions regarding the integrated management system (IMS includes also ISO 37301 Compliance management systems) set out in the system documentation, in particular in the IMS Policy, the IMS Manual and in the procedures and instructions describing the processes carried out at Company,
- Supporting and following Company Group Code of Conduct and Company Group Product Compliance Policy,
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience with helpdesk support,
- Proven experience with usage of helpdesk tools.
- Proven experience end user problems support using remote tools,
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 package,
- Good understanding of TCP/IP.,
- Basic experience with camera and attendance systems,
- Basic knowledge of Vmware or other virtualization platforms,
- Good understanding of Windows based endpoint and server systems,
- Basic experience with production and OT devices + software,
- Proven experience with CAD tools installation and troubleshooting,
- Very good English - At least B2 level ,
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when necessary,
- For male candidates no military obligation,
- Residing or able to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
