We are looking for a Human Resources Team Leader to join the Human Resources Directorate of our university who meets the following criteria:


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 7-8 years of Human Resources experience, preferably with at least 2 years with team management
  • Having worked as a Generalist and able to support the units on every functions of HR (especially Performance Appraisal)
  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition tactics, Employer Branding strategies
  • Having experience on Employee Engagement and Motivation
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
  • Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


Job Description 

  • Design and carry out Employer Branding activities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Koç University employer brand via recruitment marketing strategies and other initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective recruitment strategies and hiring processes
  • Act as an HR business partner, providing strategic guidance on employee engagement
  • Work with business line managers to understand business needs and create workforce planning strategies
  • Lead internal communication strategies related to HR processes and employer branding initiatives across the organization
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to assess hiring effectiveness and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc reports, and improve all related HR processes and systems based on the outputs
