QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team atLe Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort Hotel, part of MYC Partners Group. The role can be based in either ourBodrum Sales Office (hotel-based) or the Istanbul Headquarters (Ataşehir Sales Office), depending on the candidate’s preference and expertise.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building strong relationships with agencies, and ensuring revenue targets are met through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments.
  • Lead the Sales Team to achieve goals outlined in the annual marketing plan.
  • Represent the hotel at major local and international trade shows and attend key tourism association meetings to explore market opportunities.
  • Plan and execute sales trips to existing key markets while identifying and cultivating potential new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Organize and accompany major clients on familiarization and site inspection trips to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management Team to design and implement intelligent room rate strategies tailored to different market segments.
  • Mentor and develop the Sales Team, fostering professional growth and achieving excellence in performance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience working with high-volume agency sales and maintaining an extensive agency portfolio.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience in the hotel industry.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge ofArabic orFrench is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including group sales and demand planning.
  • Ability to align sales strategies with brand philosophies and long-term company goals.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and forecasting skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • A proactive, high-energy individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Having an agency portfolio and individual VIP data that will increase the booking potential of villas in the hotel inventory,

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate Degree, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in a related field.
  • Experience: minimum 5-25 years of professional experience.
  • Military Service: Must be completed (for male candidates).
  • Driving License: Class B.
