- BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields,
- Deep agile expertise; strong understanding of servant leadership, the Agile Manifesto's values and principles,
- Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency,
- Experience with Benchmarking, KPIs/Metrics, Agile Assessments, Health Checks and Management Reporting,
- Problem solving and coaching skills,
- Excellent interpersonal and program management skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary,
- Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders,
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing priorities are required,
- Objective, team player, proactive,
- Advance Level English is a plus,
- Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
- Prone to agile working principles
What we expect from the Agile Coach;
- Mentor and coach team members on all aspects of Agile methods on agile practices adopted by the organization and performance in their respective roles,
- Guide and coach team members and leaders to embrace agile mindset, and cultural shift,
- Help the team identify and track key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and velocity,
- Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency
