Features That The Candidate Should Have

• Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Turkish. English Language is an advantage. 
• Requires good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have a strong working knowledge of products.
• Must be eager to adapt and be a fast learner. 
• Good knowledge in using MC system.
• A minimum 1 year experience in the similar role operation in an international F&B stand-alone chain or Hotel.
