IT Assistant Specialist

Location: Maslak / Istanbul (On-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, assist in maintaining IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of daily IT tasks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and network devices

• Support end-users by resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner

• Assist in maintaining system security and performing regular backups

• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operations and implement improvements

• Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date records of hardware/software inventory

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office, and common business software

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar IT support role

• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices

• Familiarity with cloud-based services (Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
