We have also specialized in the assembly of electric vehicles in Germany since 2018.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Care: 

  • Responsible for the comprehensive care of an existing large customer.
  • Maintain and improve relationship with the key decision makers at the customer in all regions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, Communicate the customer's needs

  • Ensure meeting the targets by leading all commercial activities with the customer

  • Planning of the annual targets for customer sales and results in consultation with the Sales Director.

  • Commercially responsible for customer complaints or rejects and requests for design changes.

  • Clarify solutions for the customer needs with involved departments and submit proposals to the customer.

Quotations:

  • Processing of incoming customer inquiries
  • Internal coordination with the respective departments
  • Collect cost for quotation from the various departments and prepare financial model (Prince).
  • Clarify and minimize the risks associated for the company under the bid proposal.
  • Propose business case for the opportunity, prepare  executive summary and obtain approval from the European and Holdings Management.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and required breakdowns.
  • Perform price negotiations with customers based on the business case approved from the board.
  • Monitor quote timing and agree deviations with customer if required.
  • Follow up with customer and manage changes to the quotation if required


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. 3 years' experience in selling industrial products requiring explanation, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or related field
  • Fluency in English both in verbal & written communication
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Preferably familiar with FORD customer portals
  • Market expertise
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Results-oriented
  • Able to reside in Eskişehir
