We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales in India.

Key Responsibilities:

               •             Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.

               •             Identify growth opportunities and expand distribution and sales networks across India.

               •             Manage sales and marketing teams, improving their performance.

               •             Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.

               •             Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and provide strategic recommendations.

               •             Manage sales and marketing budgets, optimizing costs.

               •             Supervise advertising campaigns and collaborate with local influencers.

               •             Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for the headquarters.

Qualifications:

               •             Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management (preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry).

               •             In-depth knowledge of India’s retail market and distribution systems.

               •             Strong negotiation, business communication, and team management skills.

               •             Experience in digital marketing and social media advertising.

               •             Ability to analyze market data and develop optimal strategies.

               •             Fluency in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).

               •             Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
