Polat Enerji is a major renewable energy company in Turkey. The company is looking for a IFRS Planning Specialist. The position is located in Kağıthane - İstanbul.

• 2-5 years of relevant finance or audit experience, especially in big 4,
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills,
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in business or finance,
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. Problem solving and telling story based on financial results,
• Capturing what business requires, providing relevant insights based on the available data for decision making. Decomposing a complex problem into manageable pieces,
• Experience working with accounting, tax and financial operations,
• Advanced Powepoint Excel user, VBA (even better)
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines,
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills,
• SQL (or similar), highly preferred but not required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Involve in the monthly consolidated IFRS reporting to ensure inputs to the IFRS solution are correct and timely,
• Involve in the analysis of business results and reconciliation of outputs from the reporting systems, especially in the group reporting,
• Prepare documents and walkthrough the process with auditors in terms of the IFRS review,
• Coordinate IFRS related audit requests from various stakeholders,
• Any other non-IFRS relating reporting works could be assigned to you,
• Involve in system testing on any enhancement done to the reporting system,
• Opportunity to support other Prudential entities on similar works after end of the system enhancements
