General Qualifications
Graduated from associate or bachelor’s degree programs (Business Administration, Public Administration, Labor Economics, Office Management and Secretarial Studies, Public Relations).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance.
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of MS Office programs.
Strong planning, organization, and reporting skills; team-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, proper diction, and a friendly demeanor.
Systematic, organized, and detail-oriented work approach; effective time management skills.
Knowledge of Nebim V3 ERP software is a plus.
Principled approach to meticulous and careful work, with an analytical mindset.
Job Description
Plan necessary activities according to the manager's agenda and keep track of their calendar.
Ensure the flow of necessary information from within or outside the organization; schedule meeting requests according to the manager’s calendar.
Possess time management and follow-up skills.
Organize travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Compile and report information that needs to be consolidated within the company.Work in coordination with other departments within the company.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Facilitate written and verbal communication with overseas companies, clients, and subsidiaries.
Pay attention to confidentiality principles.
