QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Head of E-Commerce" for our client which is one of the world's leading manufacturer company in premium domestic appliances.


Job Description:

Sustainable NS, gross margin and volume growth inline / above target for both e-com channels. (budgets) 

Winning online market share above average in volume and value.

Elaboration and implementation of sales strategies for all digital sales channels.

Prepare and implement own e-com sales strategy, ensuring it is in line with central and D2C guidelines.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and align overall strategy for own e-com portal (webshop), including alignment on promotions.

Prepare regular sales forecasts for all e-com channels.

Build, lead  develop the business with local pure players / players mainly selling online.

Support key retailers (Focus or Develop clustered) for omni-channel player to grow online portion.

Business development and innovation: ensuring all relevant biz opportunities are tackled, followed up and further elaborated.

Ensure premium presence of brand in online retailers / omni-channel player.

Preparation and execution of sales calls including presentation and negotiation.

Support and transfer knowledge for omni-channel player.

Align E-Com activities with central sales function in case Amazon is defined as a key partner in the market / cluster.

Align with Marketing and execute campaign and activation plan for digital sales channels.

Collaborate closely with sales back office and Service (CC) teams to support is available for e-com customers.

Organizational development and leading teams inline with company leading principles, set up e-commerce sales talent pipeline.

Implementation of company standards and Compliance Management (local legals, including Data Governance/Privacy) within the country.

Participating in international company projects.


Requirements:

Bachelor/Master preferred. (Media Informatics, Digital, Business Administration or of a comparable study program) 

5+ years Relevant work experience as Sales or Key Account Manager (m / f) in the online trade or with B2B Online marketplaces.

Strong track record of successfully developing online accounts, savy in digital technologies and new trends.

Good understanding of the domestic appliances industry, Consumer centric thinking.

Good ability to build relationships with senior leaders and partners.

Excellent communication and representation skills in local language and in English.

Strong mobility/international experience and willingness to travel.

Know how on Data Management platforms will be an asset.

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
