Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Night Auditor reporting to the Front Office Departmentto join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.

Fluency in English is required, proficient in at least one additional language, preferably German or Russian.

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Night Auditor in a 5-star hotel.

• Prioritizes guest satisfaction.

• Preferably familiar with Fidelio Suite 8 software.

Job Description

• Completing guest check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift

• Addressing guest needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction

• Coordinating all hotel staff working during the night shift

• Keeping records of midnight operations and preparing reports

• Data entry and updating data on hotel software (preferably Fidelio Suite 8).

• Providing courteous, professional, and proper service to guests

• Handling potential guest complaints with a solution-oriented approach

• Checking room and billing information for accuracy, correcting any errors or discrepancies

• Adhering to and enforcing hotel security protocols during working hours to ensure safety

• Being open to personal and professional development by following innovations and enhancing skills

• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with other departments, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork
