Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a receptionist reporting to the Front Office Departmentto join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required, proficient in at least one additional language preferably German or Russian
• Minimum of one year's experience as a receptionist in a 5-star hotel
• Prioritizes guest satisfaction.
• Good articulation and communication skills.
• Open to personal and professional development and growth.
• Pays attention to appearance
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Preferably familiar with Fidelio Suite 8 software.

Job Description

• Welcoming guests and completing check-in procedures iin accordance with company standards
• Checking and ensuring the accuracy of reception records
• Staying informed about hotel room occupancy status at all times
• Ensuring that registration and check-out procedures are strictly followed and all relevant documentation is completed
• Fulfilling any other tasks requested by management and attending to reasonable guest requests
