QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Regnum Hotels, one of the leading brands in the accommodation sector located in Belek Tourism Center, is looking for teammates to join our dynamic and professional team in the Front Office Department as Asst. Front Office Manager the soon-to-open Regnum The Crown, which will open its doors in June 2025."

• Proven experience in a similar position.

• Preferably holds a degree in Tourism Management or Hotel Management.

• Proficient in at least two of the following languages: English, German, or Russian, with knowledge of a third language being an advantage.

• Skilled in MS Office programs.

• Effective communication and self-expression abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

• Committed to guest satisfaction and service quality.

• Team-oriented, energetic, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

• Dedicated to continuous self-improvement and professional growth.

• Open to innovations and professional development.

• Objective, detail-oriented, and capable of addressing challenges with a friendly demeanor and composure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

• Supervise and support front office staff, ensuring excellent performance and teamwork.

• Maintain high service standards and focus on guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality.

• Prepare reports and analyze data to enhance operational efficiency.

• Train and mentor staff to uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence.
