Job Description:

Monitors, analyses the market quality data, internal quality data. And manages improvement actions to achieve KPI targets,

Carries out root cause analyses, takes permanent actions, monitors and reports,

Coordinates with internal departmental and other departments of factory,

Coordinates with external units such as Service Centers, Sales and Finance,

Manages information and data flow in and out,

Takes part in the effective operation of equipment and systems used; data flow (internal shopfloor and market/service records etc...).

Qualifications:

Graduated from related departments of universities,

Good command of English ,

At least 2 years of experience in quality roles,

Experience and ability for root-cause analysis and countermeasure design for preventive quality activities,

Data analysis and big data experience is a plus,

Basic coding is a plus (for internal use of RPA, python),

Korean reading, writing and speaking is a plus,

Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills, high reporting skills,

Open to learning, researcher, solution and result oriented,

Good data presenting skills and command of MS Office,
