QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our fertilizer company looking for a "Export Sales Specialist". A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined as follows.
· Bachelor degree from related departments,
· Minimum five (5) years of sales or marketing experience and improving his/her carrier in this field,
· Fluency in written and spoken English. One of the following lanuguages is a plus: Russian, French or Spanish,
· Knowledge of export and import customs procedures,
· Very good knowledge of Import and Export Business Operating Procedures and relevant laws and regulations,
· Knowledge of letter of credit processes and ability to issue the documents according to the letter of credit,
· Experienced in participation and organization of foreign fairs,
· Having strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, problem solving, organizational, analytical thinking ability and open to innovation and improvement,
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment and high self motivation skills,
· Excellent command of MS Office Programs
· No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,
· Should have B class certificate,
· No military obligation for male candidates,
· Residence in Mersin or able to reside in Mersin.
İŞ TANIMI
· Organising new sales activities in the direction of sales targets.
· Managing customer relations, performing customer visits and improving customer portfolio.
· To add new country and customer and to produce sales promotion projects,
· Making the sector analysis of the customers.
· Manage foreign trade processes according to company's quality standards,
· Following up overseas transactions and sales/purchase documentations.
· Ensure to complete processes internal/external customers and providers coordinately as quick, cost efficient and legal as possible.
· Able to manage working conditions for letter of credit.
· Able to manage all of the document processes for foreign trade operations in the company.
· Establish, organize, monitor and report on the quality of operations by working in coordination with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Logistics departments.
· Carry out special marketing activities in the target countries with marketing unit, organize fair participation and make brand and company presentation,
