Procurement & Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager to join our team and oversee all procurement and logistics activities for a Hospital Construction Project in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies for the hospital construction project.
• Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and material handling.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities in procurement and logistics.
• Manage and mentor the procurement and logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and logistics activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Procurement & Logistics Manager in construction projects.
• Experience in procurement and logistics for hospital construction projects is a strong advantage.
• GCC region experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  .
