Position Overview

SFA Electric is seeking a skilled IT & Business Support  to enhance operational efficiency through technology. This role focuses on IT support, process automation, and business optimization while ensuring compliance with corporate IT governance, security, and data protection policies. Acting as a liaison between SFA Electric and HQ, the Specialist will oversee IT integration and align business processes with corporate standards.

       Key Responsibilities

Provide IT Help support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Assist with system administration, user access, and network management.

Coordinate with IT HQ to ensure the execution of compliance-related processes from HQ side, including firewall management, network device management, Active Directory user management, and Group Policy management

Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with central IT security policies and support digital transformation efforts.

Provide training and support for new IT systems and tools.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities by utilizing applicable solutions such as RPA, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar technologies.

       Qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related IT field.

3-4 years of experience in IT support or process automation.

Technical skills: MS365 services (e-mail, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive), Active Directory Management, DHCP, DNS, Domain controller, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, basic knowledge of IT security. 

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).
