Your Tasks – What You can expect as Talent Acquisition Specialist?

• Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding for the defined cluster.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Success Factors) to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and best practices to ensure Siegwerk Turkey remains a competitive employer in attracting and retaining skilled professionals.
• Provide support and advice on recruitment-related issues to managers and employees, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Your Profile – What do You bring as Talent Acquisition Specialist?

• Bachelor's degree in  Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within company
• Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflicts
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
