GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing brand management, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance service quality. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SML personnel management rules and quality system standards.
  • Act in alignment with SML's ethical and work values.
  • Conduct customer visits to improve service quality and provide reports to management.
  • Manage stock processes in line with minimum and maximum base stock levels set by the sales department.
  • Collaborate with operations and PD to determine forecasting needs.
  • Develop and manage projects based on Pipeline Management requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales-Marketing for introducing new brands and potential business opportunities.
  • Oversee the "Global Complaint" system and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Authorize extra shipments during emergencies.
  • Address customer training and support requests for the SML platform.
  • Resolve payment issues and escalate critical complaints to relevant departments.
  • Conduct meetings with local offices to manage stock and workflow efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports on development processes and solution proposals.
  • Manage outstanding issues reported by the Executive CS team within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Actively participate in project management and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations during all operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand or sales management, preferably in the textile or related industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with customer complaint systems and resolution strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing stock and operational processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and forecast trends effectively.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
