We are looking for a team member with strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaborative work for the position of  CRM Executive at our brand operating in the home decor & lifestyle sector.

                                        WHAT DOES THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDE?

• Development and implementation of CRM strategies. 
• Effective management and analysis of the customer database. 
• Planning, execution, and reporting of loyalty programs and campaigns. 
• Managing customer communication processes via email, SMS, and digital channels.
• Creating segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conducting analyses to gather customer feedback and generate insights.
• Collaborating with business units to execute customer-focused projects.

                                  WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?

• Graduated from relevant university departments (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, etc.). 
• At least 6 years of experience in CRM management, customer segmentation, and campaign planning. 
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools ( Excel, Power BI). 
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and customer communication tools. 
• Strong analytical thinking skills and result-oriented mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
