We are looking for a team member with strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaborative work for the position of  Payroll and Reporting Specialist / Senior Specialist at our brand operating in the home decor & lifestyle sector.

                                        WHAT DOES THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDE?

• Responsible for calculating and reporting store-based personnel costs,
• Monitor and report the HR budget,
• Manage compensation and benefits processes
• Execute payroll and attendance tracking, ensuring timely salary payments,
• Oversee occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures 
• Prepare monthly HR metrics and headcount reports 
• Conduct severance and notice period calculations 
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation processes

                                  WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, reporting, and personnel cost analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
