As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.

General Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven work experience as a waiter or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach

Food safety training and certification is a plus

Job Description

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve food and drink orders

Answer questions and make recommendations about our menu

Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
