QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Account Manager (Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Develops and nurtures relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries.
- Identifies opportunities to increase revenue and market share within assigned accounts through strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborates with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to tailor solutions that meet account-specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiates contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyzes sales data and market trends to uncover opportunities for business expansion and operational improvements.
- Provides comprehensive updates and detailed reports on account performance and sales activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales within the relevant industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively manage top-tier client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; adept at turning data into strategic action.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
