We invite you to work as a "Smile Assist Agent"in the Guest Relations department of ourTITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Bodrum/Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
- Answering incoming calls and providing guests with comprehensive information about the hotel.
- Preparing reports and sharing them across relevant departments.
- Coordinating tasks from Guest Assistants to other departments and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Managing special requests, including personalized orders (e.g., custom menus).
- Facilitating communication between all departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Preferrably a university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- over 1 year in office environment, preferrably Call Center and hospitality industry
- Fluency in Turkish, English, and/or Russian, German, or Arabic.
- Available to work any shift, weekends, and holidays, with one day off weekly.
- Good diction, strong communication, multitasking, solution-oriented, time management, and cultural sensitivity.
- (Outlook, Excel, Word, preferably Elektra);
- Attention to detail, responsibility, tolerance, perseverance and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure. Work involves prolonged periods of sitting in an office environment.
