QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mövenpick Hotel Izmir is looking for  "Banquet Sales Executive".

The objective of this position is to be responsible for banquet & event sales and have close relationships with accounts according to the Mövenpick Hotels  procedures and standards.


Job Description


Minimum two years of experience in an international chain hotel in the same position,

Initiates, maintains and develops excellent relationships with sales accounts of the hotel and new ones,

Previous work experience in banquet sales is must,

Display a high degree of passion and energy to maximize sales,

Guest satisfaction oriented and high attention to details,

Having powerfully communication skill and good-humor and presentable appearance,

Preparing an action plan and schedule to manage the company standards of all food and beverage services mainly inside banqueting activities.

Having the ability to persuade and represent and event,

Excellent written and oral English language skills,

Computer literacy; MS Office applications and software packages of sales department. Knowledge of Opera software program is a plus,

University degree of Tourism & Hotel Management is preferred.

1 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
