GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Export Manager to join our team at our company, which specializes in the production and sale of packaged baklava.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or a related field,

• At least 5 years of experience in food export,

• Proficiency in English (a second foreign language is a plus),

• Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and logistics operations,

• Experience in building and managing an international customer portfolio,

• Ability to conduct market research and create new sales opportunities,

• Goal-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills,

• No travel restrictions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and develop new markets, identifying potential customers,

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international clients,

• Oversee the entire export process (orders, production, logistics, customs, and delivery),

• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events,

• Conduct competitor analysis and improve export strategies,

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient export operations.
