Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Senior Export Specialist to be assigned with in the Supply Chain Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing marketing and sales activities for the determined region in export markets
• Preparation and implementation of export business plan
• Effective, fast and systematic conduct of export operations
• Monitoring of production planning processes
• Extract orders from SAP and create weekly shipment plans
• To follow all export transactions from order to shipment
• Organization of customs, transportation and paperwork in export transactions
• Ensure accurate verification of customer orders and confirm shipments
• Verify invoices related to export expenses
• Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, and results relating to export market information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from related departments
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar export positions
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English
• In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
