QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Account Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide information about products and services.


General Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:


  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generating sales leads
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
