QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Description

  • Addressing, analyzing and resolving user issues and requests received at customer locations and/or our headquarters, either remotely or on-site and directing cases to other support groups when necessary.
  • Generating alerts for relevant teams in case of general or group-based critical issues.
  • Providing usage support by remotely connecting to end users' computers and directing out-of-scope requests to the appropriate department by opening a request form.
  • Keeping users informed about ongoing processes and actions while adhering to customer satisfaction principles and following up on requests and problem calls until resolution.

General Qualifications

  • At least an associate degree (preferably in Computer Programming, Electronic Communication, etc.).
  • Good command of the English language.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-user support.
  • Experience in setting up IT hardware (computers, printers, monitors, audio devices, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
  • Knowledgeable in system and network layers to identify end-user issues.
