Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Procurement Manager” located in İstanbul/ Ümraniye for our global business partner in the elevator industry.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from a 4-year university program (Preferably in engineering),

• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in the elevator industry,

• Proficient in English,

• Strong knowledge in procurement and contract management, supplier development and subcontractor management with hands-on experience in these areas,

• Proficient in SAP, 

• Experience in team management,

• Analytical and technical mindset,

• Strong problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work on the execution and improvement of purchasing processes, ensuring smooth operation,

• Find the best prices for spare parts and all other goods from the required service suppliers, in accordance with procedures and instructions. Work to ensure the optimal delivery time and guide the team accordingly,

• Manage contracts and ensure the team correctly implements the contract management processes,

• Conduct supplier visits, evaluate suppliers, research and establish alternative supply sources both domestically and internationally, negotiate agreements and improve and resolve chronic supplier issues,

• Prepare reports for the purchasing department and regularly inform senior management.
