Summary of position

Asst. Bar Manager is responsible for coaching and training all bartenders, and serving all beverages with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must be able to speak, read, write English in the work place
  
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in a high-volume, fast-paced operation
• Highly cooperative team spirit
  

• Outstanding customer service skills
