We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will report to the Factory Manager at our Çerkezköy Factory.
What Are We Looking For?
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
· Knowledge of project management and modern production techniques (Lean, Kaizen preferred)
· Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
· Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
· Fluent in English
· Completed military service (for male candidates)
· Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
· Residing or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, or Çorlu
What Awaits You in This Role?
· Managing maintenance budgets, analyzing deviations, and reporting corrective actions
· Leading, training, and guiding the maintenance team
· Conducting periodic maintenance of auxiliary facilities (transformers, generators, compressors, etc.)
· Coordinating TPM activities and tracking issue resolution processes
· Preparing and executing maintenance schedules while coordinating with relevant teams
· Managing spare parts and service procurement processes
· Analyzing machine breakdowns, minimizing downtime, and implementing corrective solutions
· Ensuring energy efficiency and effective resource utilization
· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
