QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
?Regularly check office supply levels and place appropriate orders (including drinking water, kitchen supplies, cleaning products, bathroom essentials, etc.).
?Arrange reservations for restaurants, taxis, hotels, and vehicles for employee transportation between hotels and the airport.
?Welcome visitors and ensure meeting room arrangements, including organizing refreshments.
?Coordinate with office cleaning services, package delivery, and food orders.
?Maintain and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
?Sort and file financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and information letters from various authorities, organizations, and enterprises. Organize documents by month (e.g., invoices and receipts in a single folder per month).
?Scan and send copies of official letters and notifications to managers along with translations before filing them.
?Handle document notarization processes as needed for managers or company requirements.
?Report expenses and manage related documentation procedures.
Requirements & Skills
?Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
?Strong organizational and office management skills.
?Proficiency in MS Office.
?Languages: Fluent in Turkish, communicative level of English.
