QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Communication, Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
  • Proven experience as a Beach Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry,
  • Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills,
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a keen eye for detail,
  • A passion for providing excellent guest service and creating memorable experiences,
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee daily operations of the beach restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable beachfront dining experience.
  • Manage guest interactions with professionalism, aiming to exceed expectations and create lasting memories by the sea.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency, quality, and freshness of all offerings.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination, especially during peak hours.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with a positive, solution-oriented attitude, ensuring satisfaction with a beachside touch.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.
