QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Communication, Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or front desk role within the hospitality industry,
  • Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems (such as Opera),
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment,
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction,
  • Proficiency in front desk software and basic office tools,
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards,
  • A positive, professional attitude and appearance,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and lead the front desk team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations,
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency,
  • Oversee the reservation process, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service,
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner,
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience,
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, ensuring all paperwork, reports, and communication are up to date,
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment,
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and guest safety protocols,
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative tasks as required.
