QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field,
- Preferably previous experience working in luxury segment hotels,
- Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
- Strong communication skills, guest satisfaction-oriented,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Living or able to live in Fethiye.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive food and beverage orders from guests, including room service, restaurant, and other requests, and accurately communicate them to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that guests' requests are fulfilled on time and without any errors.
- Be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus and provide guests with information about the products.
- Track orders and provide regular updates to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, and adhere to necessary hygiene standards.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth daily operations, including handling communications, scheduling, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and documentation to ensure efficiency and functionality.
