QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduates in tourism, hotel management, or a related field,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field,
  • Previous experience in luxury segment hotels is preferred,
  • Advanced proficiency in English,
  • Strong and extensive knowledge of wines, including local varieties,
  • Knowledge about local vineyards and wineries,
  • WSET certification is a plus,
  • Strong communication skills, guest satisfaction-oriented,
  • Ability to reside in the Fethiye area.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the creation of the restaurant and bar beverage menu and ensure a well-balanced wine list,
  • Recommend wines that match guests' palates and meal preferences,
  • Ensure wines are served at the correct temperature, with appropriate glassware, and using proper presentation techniques,
  • Manage wine stock, inventory tracking, and ordering processes,
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for both opened and unopened wines,
  • Support staff training on wine knowledge, service, and pairing techniques,
  • Collaborate with the food & beverage team to enhance the guest experience to the highest level.

More than 2 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
