Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Agent at Princes' Palace Resort in Istanbul. The Guest Experience Agent will provide personalized service and will oversee the daily operations of the front office, including receptionist duties, guest service, concierge and communication with other hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and update guest information.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
• Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Turkish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
• Provide concierge services as needed
