QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from the relevant departments of universities such as Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Trade, etc.
• Experience required at Customs legislation, practices and accreditation processes,
• Fluency in English.
• Using of MS Office Programs, and ERP (Preferably with experience in SAP)
• At least 10 years of experience in Foreign Trade and Logistics operations,
• At least 5 years of team management experience,
• Strong communication and management skills to build close relationships with internal sales team & other departments.
• Experience required in team management and development.
• Solution-oriented and analytical thinker.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for logistics and international business expansions.
• Design standard operating procedures and scheduling practices for efficiently carrying out logistics activities.
• Management of domestic shipment processes,
• Follow-up of legal regulations related to all processes under his/her responsibility,
• Leading a team for Development, performance management, motivation and commitment to the institution.
• To ensure coordination and information flow between all departments related to the logistics and operation process,
• To check and control the monthly export costs prepared and to ensure that agreed with the cost accounting department,accounting,
• To manage the logistics operations; Establishing the necessary connections with logistics companies, following the logistics processes and making necessary improvement studies,
• To find/to ensure alternative shipping companies to solve the problems that may arise in overseas transportation,
• To monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics operations, to make necessary improvements and to report.
