Main Activities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercial, Van Sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, goals, and challenges
• Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term vision
• Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation
• Define a digital transformation roadmap, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success
• Evaluate current commercial and GTM processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Leverage technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools and data analytics to optimize workflows and accelerate sales cycles
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital transformation projects across Türkiye operations
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s commercial and GTM objectives
• Advocate for and implement tools and solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and foster business growth
• Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for further improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related area
• Advanced level of English
• Living in Bandırma or willing to move

Knowledge and Skills

• Desirable proficiency in C# and Python programming
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Preferably SAP knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
