   QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in HR services, outsourcing, or consulting sectors (sales experience in cloud-based payroll and HR solutions is strongly preferred; knowledge of social security and tax regulations is a plus).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; able to persist and remain focused on targets.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, with an innovative approach to business development.
• Proven ability to follow up effectively and provide post-sales support.
• Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Careful about personal grooming.

  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct corporate sales activities and build strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales activities align with overall corporate objectives.
• Maintain constant communication with existing and potential clients.
• Identify prospective clients, conduct visits, and achieve assigned sales quotas.
• Oversee price analysis, proposals, and contract preparations.
• Generate leads and close deals through networking and attendance at relevant events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, conducting regular competitor, product, and market analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports on products, services, and customer insights.
• Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-à-vis the competition.
