WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position,
- Good local and international beverage knowledge,
- Fluency in English,
- Additional language skills is an advantage,
- Building teamwork,
- Good interpersonal skills.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...
- Demonstrates good product knowledge of all food, beverage products.
- Supports day-to-day operation of the outlet.
- Communicates with the guest according to the standards set by D Maris Bay.
- Serves food and beverage items and ensures prompt service according to D Maris Bay standards.
- Follows up on billing and checking procedures.
- Attends communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
- Keeps uniform neat and clean and ensures good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of D Maris Bay.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with in-house guest, ensuring proper and prompt service to their rooms
- Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move and clean the mini bars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
- Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of mini bar stock.
- Always maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism.
- Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all duties found in the refreshment center inspection/attendant evaluation checklist are followed including completing assigned floors, cleanliness of assigned mini bars, menus are present, inventory is complete, and refill reports are accurately filled out.
- Report all mini bar concerns to management including any guest issues.
