QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Business Administration, Economics, International Trade and Logistics, Foreign Trade,
• Minimum 3 years of experience at FMCG, Packaging environment in Procurement and/or Supply Chain management,
• Good understanding and managerial experience of Procurement & Supply Chain, mainly import operations and procurement,
• Know-how of Supply Chain related systems and technologies (ERP, SAP and TMS),
• Knowledgeable about customs regulations, logistics, and international trade processes,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a ‘Import Procurement Specialist’ to join our team at our Istanbul(Ataşehir) Headquarters;.

• Responsible for all import/export activities for Adana, Çorlu, Denizli and Eskişehir plants,
• Following up and control all the customs clearance procedures within procedures & policies,
• Taking an active role in customs inspection processes,
• Manage and track transactions to cost control,
• Conducting cost analysis and reporting in operational processes.
• Being in charge of company’s budget optimization,
• Control all import/export activities in terms of cost management, efficiency and customer satisfaction,
• Planning and leading saving projects in line with company goals and strategies, revealing and optimizing saving needs in distribution/warehousing processes,
• Leading procurement projects related with IT system,
• Handling benchmark studies, market research,
• Defining, tracking and reporting all agreed KPI’s measuring operational efficiency and emphasizing operational risks,
• Taking an active role in international projects and lean management activities, contributing to process improvement efforts.
