WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

IDEAL PROFİLE

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a masters degree from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent departments of universities,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process management or customer experience area,
  • Having PMP certificate,
  • Preferably experience in media or telecommunications sector,
  • Experience and knowledge in service excellence across all CX channels, management processes of digital customer experience and journey mapping,
  • Predisposed or experienced in digital customer processes, 
  • To have information about the sector and product to be studied,
  • To be successful in crisis management,
  • To be able to design product processes in areas such as alternative channel, Chat Bot with features,
  • Having done customer experience improvement studies (having experience in KPIs such as NPS, FOC FCR),
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills in English,
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office programmes,
  • Knowledge about process management tools,

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

To organize the communication between departments regarding the processes that will occur in line with the new needs and to define the processes, documenting all customer processes, revising in processes that need to be renewed and to identify problems related to their employees, to resolve them, to convey them to higher authorities when necessary. Process management activities and process improvement and development projects.
