QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you tech-savvy problem solver?
Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from hardware troubleshooting to software installations.
What you'll do:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common applications
- Manage device installations, moves, and changes for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Support various IT projects, such as software deployments and network upgrades
- Maintain and optimize IT assets, including inventory management and hardware/software upgrades
- Assist with data migration and recovery processes
- Provide excellent customer service to all users, including VIP support
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS
- Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
- Native Turkish Speaker
- English proficiency of B1/B2
